In Boston, Olivia Moravec became General Manager of Tony Maws’ Craigie on Main at the age of 24. She became a Certified Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers, adding Wine Director to her title the same year. As an FSR Magazine 40 under 40 Restaurant Stars on the Rise, she later became Assistant General Manager at UNI, overseeing UNI’s wine program.
After some time in the Boston wine scene, she was woo’d by opportunities in New York, and became the Dining Room Manager of three-Michelin star restaurant Eleven Madison Park, which was at the time rate number one in the world by San Pellegrino’s 100 Best Restaurants in the World.
In 2018, her love of Riesling took her to Germany to intern with Selbach-Oster during harvest in the Mosel, and ultimately led her to join the team at Skurnik Wines.
